Personal Blogs — real stories from Yoga Insights India

Looking for honest, personal takes on life, wellness, and work in India? This Personal Blogs section brings short, readable profiles and first-person posts that show how people mix yoga, health, and careers. You’ll find practical tips, personal milestones, and real lessons—no fluff.

Featured post: Ankush Bhojane?

Our current highlight is a profile titled "Ankush Bhojane?" It outlines Ankush Bhojane’s journey as an entrepreneur, investor, and mentor. He founded Nurture Ventures and helped start the Entrepreneurship Cell in India. The piece covers his work mentoring startups, investing in early-stage companies, and speaking at events. If you want a quick look at how someone balances building businesses with personal purpose, this post gives clear, concrete examples.

Why would that matter on a yoga site? Because many readers come here to learn how people keep their balance—between stress, work, and well-being. Ankush’s story shows practical habits: staying curious, backing new ideas, and making time for recovery. Those are useful whether you run a startup or are simply trying to build a calmer daily routine.

What you’ll find in Personal Blogs

Short profiles and first-person pieces about people who practice yoga, teach it, or simply use yoga principles to handle life. Expect clear takeaways: morning routines, simple breathing practices, how someone handled burnout, or how they combine yoga with career growth. Posts are meant to be read fast and applied slowly.

Each entry focuses on a real person and a few practical points you can try tomorrow. No long theory. No vague promises. Just usable ideas—how they set up their day, what helped them start a retreat, or the single breathing trick that calmed their nerves before a pitch.

Want to use these posts well? Read one post and pick one change to try for a week. It could be a five-minute breathing break, a shorter to-do list, or a specific networking move inspired by a mentor’s story. Small experiments beat big plans when you’re testing lifestyle shifts.

We add new personal posts when someone has a story that teaches a clear lesson. If you’re curious about a specific angle—entrepreneurship, mental health, teaching, or retreats—scan the tags and read the short summaries. Each profile aims to show a model you can adapt, not copy.

Got a story to tell? Personal blogs shine brightest when they’re honest and actionable. Share a few concrete steps you took, one habit that changed things, and a realistic next move for readers. That’s the kind of post our audience loves.

Browse the posts here and try one idea this week. Little changes add up, especially when they come from someone who’s actually lived them.
